My highest intention is service to the human emergence movement through becoming an integrated being (body, mind, emotions and spirit) and the doing in the realms of collective intelligence, wisdom and consciousness (CIWC).

I am a Global Collective Intelligence catalyst with a 10 years expertise in internet techologies and practices for communication, collaboration and learning. In the last 4 years I have integrated a full range of services in the CIWC domain; from design and facilitation of conversations and group processess (vision, innovation, creativity) to voicing the domain of knowledge of collective intelligence (maps,arquitectures, tenents, platforms, processes) to empower groups to collaborate, communicate and learn online (socialware, socialmedia, elearning).

I am a pioneer, constantly in the edge, following the evolutionary impulse, constantly transforming, learning and applying the art of collective being and doing in the world.

I am a joyful mother of a little girl seven years old named Nicole which is a pure light of bliss and love in my life. A core piece of my life is the expansion of the masculine and feminine balance and co-creation. My intention is to be in harmony and move into higher levels of consciousness and wisdom so I can become a powerful vehicle of transformation in the world.

Recent projects

In 2006 I began to collaborate with TheTransitioner, an international network of pioneers interested in the field of collective intelligence, wisdom and consciousness. I currently serve as co-founder of the next spiral of evolution for The Transitioner with Jean-François Noubel. TheTransitioner represents the container where all my knowledge, expertise and present comittments can be applied, enhanced and leveraged.

As part of TheTransitioner I serve in different projects:

• The Openmoney project where I organized the Open money workshop intensive in Mexico and gardened the online network.
• The Shift movie where I am part of the socialmedia strategy to spread the word and empower the people.
• The Friendship channel which is a broadcast channel for kids. Still in design. To be launched in 2009.
• Worldcafé community where I serve as technology steward, advisor, writer and are currently designing the latinamerica social network.
  

In 2006 I began the Integral Communities Network (ICON) which vision is to become a vessel for pioneers that serve the human emergence movement in the form of a Sustainable village and a Collective Wisdom Laboratory to serve in circles of inclusion from the local to regional to global. The vision is to empower and midwife the new forms, weather they are environmental, economic, social, spiritual. As part of this initiative my colleague and I did a research on the forces that thwart and sustain communities based on the work of the Integral Institute. This work continues its evolution today. As part of ICON work we are designing and giving tools to empower different community initiatives around the world.

Projects from 1999 to 2005

As an early adopter of Internet marketing I was the Mexico co-founder of 24/7 Realmedia, an international digital marketing company who wanted to open the latinamerican market in 1999.

Searching for new grounds and online relationship building I shifted into elearning where I contributed to implement the Universidad Iberoamericana first online learning system "Iberoonline".

In 2005 I won a contest of the Interamerican development bank (IAB) to develop the elearning model and platform for the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Publicos (IMCP).This sytem won a prize from the IAB.

By the end of 2005 I decided to make a shift to serve humanity and use my skills for the transformation of consciousness. I began a circle to study the evolution of consciousness where we studied the integral models mainly developed by Ken Wilber.

In 2005 I found my mision on collective intelligence, founded a organization called Being Essence to serve this purpose and got a first project on the development of the largest vision process in Latinamerica with a federation of 19,000 accountants using process arts like worldcafé, openspace, appreciative inquiry and presencing.
